Prices are quoted on a per week basis for rental of the apartment for a maximum of six persons and are inclusive of all water, electricity, bed linen and end of stay cleaning.
Apartment rentals are from Sunday to Sunday but other arrival days,longer rental periods and weekends may be arranged upon request. If your group is larger, we may be able to arrange accommodation in adjacent apartments, subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit cheque of £100.00 is required with written
confirmation of your booking. We shall confirm availability of your booking in writing.
We must receive the balancing rental payment at least 8 weeks prior to your departure and
request a cheque for the sum of £300.00 to cover damage to the
apartment or furnishings which shall be refunded following inspection by our local agents.
